2. Police and NISA need to work together. Have part NISA, part police on the checkpoints

Are you dumb? He didn't do that to find out or investigate the matter himself lol He did that to show reer muqdisho this is unacceptable.

Yea apparently the video shows the NISA guys at the Checkpoint firing at Soldiers who are protecting the Ministers, These guys ride around in the back of trucks ready to shoot anyone, they are too aggressive for no Reason.

When you have these soldiers aggressively approaching checkpoints that are aggressively protected you already have a recipe for disaster
