This could be useful in somalia for the government to issue bond for infastruture projects and other project if it's needs to raise capital. to attract the diaspora and the local somali population to build their own cities and profit .and the government can make some incentives for people to invest .

The point to stress is extreme transparency .

Well there could be an alternative to it . incentives for example being in a public housing list or being able to own property etc .

Makes sense for the government to issue sukuks to finance infrastructure that is partially owned by the public. Which is exactly what @iui said in the first place lol sorry sxb
