I don't even blame them. Somalis are a hopeless people and doomed to be lost to history. If I was a politician I would loot Somalis dry and then move to Dubai and live like a king.

My elder brother told one time they bid on an NGO looking for subcontractors to dig a well,they drafted a simple portfolio and submitted to the NGO, surprisingly they won the contract and was awarded 17k $ to dig a well somewhere in Bari, they divided the money among them and repainted their office with a new NGO name and started bidding on other projects, some of his friends are still scamming the NGOs and it is a good gig and profitable back home.

The UN is the worst, they exaggerate the number of refugees in need of help and beg donors for more money, I once read somewhere if 100$ million is granted to UN less than 1 million reaches impacted areas, the rest is spent by the UN staff and is used to funfmd their expensive lifestyle.
