You might be onto something, I just made a sentence in my head and used tilmaam
"Bal ii tilmaam" sounds correct. "Bal ii tilmaan" sounds off.

b. Maxa dareenaysa?

it's funny because I know 100% my mom says dareen, but I say dareem (and so does my dad I think?). It's 100% dareemeysa though

Why did you start using it with an 'm'?

Obviously the first one! Dareenaysa sound like a disease

How does it sound like a disease? The suffix there indicates that it is verb,
