this was in mogadishu, this is an official italian general being carried by somali men ON A THRONE. this was around 1926, 12th of december. it was kept in an italian archive and recently got digitized.

If you notice their white turbans, this is the dubat which were majority somali who were used as soldiers to attack ourselves, more specifically the sultanates of hobyo and the majerteen sultunate.

the craziest part is how our own people are our worst enemies, capo hersi gurey the leader of the habar gidir clan sold out puntland and ethiopia by siding with the facist italy during mussolinis reign.

but the worst offense has to be when the habar gidir clan supported the italians in the destruction of the hobyo sultanate because they got bribed by maria de vecchi. so pitiful.

But if you point out this historical fact, you're a qabilist and your a somalilander or something.

It's in your face we had multiple sultanates that were destroyed because of somalis who potentially thought they would get rewarded by betraying their own people and siding with a facist imperialist country.
