So to all the grownups here who live in a Western country,how do you navigate life on a daily basis from work,to the grocery store,to friends and family?

when it comes to friends and family i keep a clear line between them as far as my family knows in regards to my friends they exist and thats that. When it comes to work i keep it professional with my coworkers ie i'don't hang out with them outside of work. I try to buy my gorceries after im done with my classes or in between inorder to avoid people even though there few cases where i live.
