I have noticed something strange about my mother, she is never Happy.
Don't see her smiling or laughing.
She's angry 24/7. She wakes up early in the morning , prays and goes to work.Comes home yelling , the house is not clean, argues with my dad then makes herself a coffee and lies on the sofa and watches the news. She Dosen't connect with others, the last time she went to a wedding is probably 10 years ago
She doesn't even visit her friends that live 10 minutes away.

The only person she ever talks with is her brother who lives in another state. But that's once or twice a week thing.
I can't even joke with her or it will turn to a lecture.

Is my mother a introvert?

Maybe she is going through mid life crisis. Take her out when she is not working and talk to her.

My mother doesn't like going out, I'd ask her all the time let's go. She would make excuses.

My father says she hasn't been happy for the last 10 years and he wants to get her to take meds for depression. I think he is the problem tbh. I believe she has been like this since I was born. I didn't get much affection from her....

Sounds like the daily grind of working class life in America is wearing her down. You should try and get her to open up more. Ask her why she doesn't go hang out with those friends or just suggest she do so.

She sounds depressed. She needs some change. It seems like shes stuck in cycle. Why does she work? Can she stay home and relax? Some women hate working they do it because they have to.
Take care of your mommy
