It's natural for men to prefer women lighter than us, it's biologically ingrained.This is why when Somali men marry out, the women are usually Caucasians from the Middle East,Europe and Northern South Asia and Somali women prefer the Black Niger-Congo men and Nilotic men.

I wouldn’t say natural, more like centuries of conditioning and culturing resulted in a predisposition of relating fairer skin with quaintness, innocence, and purity.

The color black all around carries a negative notion along with it. i.e black magic,
black hackers, black knight, dark web, black market etc. Black and dark is associated with impurity, evil, and other nasty things.

Which is why I’m ok with darkskin, but DARK DARKskin is a no go.

I have never said white europeans instilled it on us, where’d you get that from? I’m just saying there’s nothing natural about preferring lightskin, more like us as humans have built that idea socially and instilled it in every new generation.
