A lot of nba players have problems walking after they retire all that mileage takes a toll goat bron Been dominating for 22 years its comes with the territory

It’s no joke. I remember I played Basketball in my school days (17 at the time). And I remember when I was playing basketball for just about 10 min but the rigid style and stamina that came with it (speed, communication and focus) all at once while throwing at the hopes was too difficult for me. It was tough but I’ve learned to realise what these guys and athletes go through.

That’s why you have to get your conditioning up constant weight lifting and overall stamina or you won’t be able to perform at a high level playing a organized game is different the playing at the park
 
I don’t think that foot thing is from mileage you know. My guess would be it’s from wearing extremely tight sneakers everyday . His feet don’t even look too worn out just the bone is completely messed up
