Hezbullah is one part of the problem. Lebanon is literally divided between few parties, which are run by families, and all of them are massively corrupt. This is what happens when hezboshaydan runs your country

B-B-B-But muh ummah? The majority of Ayrabs I have dealt with growing up have been the Lebanese and they are all uppity and very materialistic. It's hilarious to see their country in such a state when they act like they are royalty. The diaspora Lebanese (no matter Christian, Sunni, Shia or Druze) are very loyal to each other though which I don't understand considering their country's sectarian issues. The Muslim Lebanese will never betray the Christian Lebanese and vice versa and they will protect each other. A Somali guy learned the hard way when he was expecting his Sunni friend to join in rushing a Christian from a rival high school. The two Lebs struck up a conversation, which angered his Somali friend who felt humiliated and hurt (both as a Sunni and as a friend).
