No cause sheikh shakir controls the whole of galgaduud with the exception being cadaado. I prefer the rule of law it's unfortunate for some cause the law of the jungle seems to be the order of the day.

Galmudug isn't a federal state don't take my word for it cause it says so on the federal constitution and in case you didn't know then do some due diligence instead of blindly following people cause they belong to your tribe cause no tribe is bigger than what the Somali people agreed on which is binding & supersedes everything.
