I doubt it sxb, in Galmudug there are hardened warriors fighting Alshabaab all alone without Amisom, while the regional forces in South Somalia states can't do the same unless Amisom participate, it's as if they lack the will and confidence to do it alone.

Just this week you had The SNA Head Odawaa (who is reer Hirshabelle) was complaining that Amisom weren't aiding him liberate Hirshabelle.

Somalia will only be Alshabaab free if we depend on our own xoog liberating ourselves than wait for Fufu Amisom who is here clearly to benefit financially out of this war against Alshabaab.

. I mean could you imagine Somalia being sent to Niger to fight an Christian insurgency. Who / why would you die for that. It’s obvious that they want to collect money and go back home in one piece.

The offensive Mustve been planned with Americans for air strikes to be used. Those airstrikes wiped out alot of their fighters leading to SNA/Darwish and a leading force of Danab to blitz through the area.

I am not too sure what the end goal is here. These towns need soldiers to man them. If I was to guess its to push Alshabab out of Mudug and centralise them in parts of East galgaduud.

Alshabab supply lines are all south, lets hope for the best.
