As Puntlanders we give money tax to the government and we want to know where is spent. Our Parliament doing great job

Reer PL wants answer for the following questions:
1-Reer Sanaag asking why the road still didn't reach Yube yet ?.
2-Reer Sool still waiting the road to be fixed from Lasscanoud to Garowe?.
3-Reer Bari & Nugaal road need to be fixed ?.
4- Reer Mudug Wadagsaan road still not update about it ?.
So whom we blame here. The ministry or PHA or the charity community?.
