I don’t think it’s the Arab leaders that are pushing for normalization of Israel rather it’s America. From Israel perspective they don’t want to always look behind their shoulder surrounded by enemy Countries.

I’m not sure what the Arab leaders get out of it. Maybe there’s a financial incentives. Who knows
