Bohol district is a cross-regional district (it is part of both Sanaag and Sool geographically). The reservoir was funded by one of the locals from Ceerigaabo (Jaamac Daaday) who owns an development organization. SY doesn't need government to build things for us we are stand-alone community financially.

As the caaqil in the video said this reservoir is for human use not livestock. I agree there needs to be more urbanization in Somalia.
