Wont happen lol. Just the other day orders were sent to Baraawe by Laftagareen that only those with his permission can come there to prevent any mucaarad trying to hold elections there.
Shaatigaduud airport Baydhabo is on lockdown. If the Mucaarad try to come there, the plane they are on will be shot down. Laftagareen ain't playing around.
If you think it will be that easy to just tell laftagareen to hold Elections that won't be happening .
