You're correct, but the issue is that a lot of these supposed 'good guys' have a past. Men in our community are much more likely to have a past, because they don't get judged for it. And on top of that, despite their past they can bounce back, be practising for a few years and people will treat them like born again virgins with no one mentioning their former exploits.

Just to clarify things I don't judge people on their past mistakes, and here I mean like someone who lost their virginity due to a moment of weakness.. This applies to both females and males.. But usually I'll stay away from someone who's very promiscuous and doesn't have any limits on how many partners they're with.. When that is said I do believe most Somalis both males and females are good chaste people since we are muslims.. And in my observations I've noticed some girls choose their partner on superficial criteria, like height, skin tone, body type etc and also popularity.. If a guy is very popular and has lots of options open to him he is likely to cheat on you.. Unlike shy down to earth guys who are grateful to have you etc, I hope you get the point..
