Ladies do you claim Habesha when a Somali Uber Driver is selected?

I don't see any reason to lie about your ethnicity. I never have.

Each Somali Uber Driver I've met was very nice to me.
:kanyeshrug:I actually talk to them and they appear very respectful and often tell me many Somali girls lie about their ethnicity or possess an attitude in this city.
:urgh: I have to tell the adeers its just how they were raised and its quite individual. Not reflective of all Somalis. I think we forget that as Somalis we are an ethnicity with all sorts of personalities with the good as well as the bad.
Yeah but let's be honest hunno, you weren't exactly trying to catch an ubers at 5am after doing a madness whilst reeking of Grey Goose and Courvoisier. They'd be wrong to not to claim Xabeshi in that situation :mjlol:

Don't blame Xalimos that are living life on the edge and hide their ethnicity.

SOME, not the majority, Somali taxi drivers have no qualms about picking up intoxicated Xalimos as there is the slim possibility that these game girls will quench their thirst in exchange for a free ride or some other form of barter.

Nonetheless, I got respect for my peeps who drive taxis, got a free ride of a brother once when my car was wrecked. It was raining and I was sat at a bus top, brother stopped for me out of the blue and gave me a lift home even though I had not hailed a taxi.

One of my taxi uncles who looks Sri Lankan who picked up two Halimos in Toronto were describing their sexual escapades with a Jamaican man and how good the D was and that her backside hurts for how hard he wassed her. They didnt suspect a thing until he dropped them at their destination and said “Habeen wanagsan”

Their face was like

If you have nothing to hide (as in you live honestly) and honour your principles then life is easier and more carefree. Living a double life would be inauthentic, depressing and stressful.

Nah they will charge you extra money. Play the guess game and tell them on the end that you're a Fulani
I'm proud to be Somali..

Why would claim a Fulani? I mean you are not that interesting to be lying about your ethnicity unless you've been doing shamefull stuff which you want to hide from your own family.

You are not a woman. You don't know how it feels to be harassed loool

What are talking about? Are you saying Somali Uber drivers harass women? How do you get harassed by them? In what way?

@Sophisticate is this true?

I have not had this issue. I'm intuitive, tactful, well-articulated and know how to direct a conversation. I'm also a student of human behaviour so I probe their minds more than they do my own.

But please tell me what a typical adeer uber driver or regular Somali guy (probably paying his way through school with this side hustle) will do?

I'm not conceited enough to think people (1) care that much about my life (2) nor do I think every man is trying to get to know me better. And you know what I look like. :sass2:

They try to shukansi you the whole journey. Its awkward.

Not all obviously. A lot of the older adeeros behave like uncles and are respectful though.
A little shukansi never hurts anyone, you xalimos are always complaining, if you got shukansi you complain, if no one shukansi you, you'll also complain.. Anyway how about ajnabi Uber drivers? don't they shukansi you xalimos or is there just silent the whole trip?

Women don't welcome shukansi from all men. Its part of human nature to be selective. Do you welcome shukansi from 300+kg women you find unattractive? Let us get from A to B in peace bleeaasee.

Also, as a man you need to have a bit of shame and back off if you notice a woman isn't interested. Also, some women are married, have a fiance ect.
Ajnabis? No, they try it as well, but due to a lack of familiarity ect, they're usually a bit more subtle and even then it's annoying.

Btw, I love silent trips, apart from old adeeros regardless of nationality. They usually have interesting stories, treat you like a niece and are respectful. They tend to like to give unsolicited advice and preach, but I don't mind it.

Also, Adeers are more likely to suggest their sons then offer themselves up.
:mjlol: It happened a time or two. All in all, I'm very nice to them. Even the Somali young fellows are decent. They aren't crazed, looking to shukaansi anything in sight but just doing their jobs. People want to placate you for good ratings and tips which is something to keep in mind.

You prefer awkward silence? What if its a young attractive Faarax would you give him a chance?

I don't mind convos, if they're simple but interesting chit chat. I prefer men that have been vouched for, who are in a similar stage in life tbh.
How can you know if someone is on the same stage of life as you if you don't convesate and get to know them?
