Sealcoating an unpaved road

That’s not sealcoating, besides, that’s not even how sealcoating is applied. it’s tack coating which is applied prior to laying down a new asphalt.

Tack coating and sealcoating are two different phases of a road construction, with two different methods of applications. one (tack coating) is simply just sprayed and one (sealcoating) requires both machine and men to apply.

Here are before and after pictures for comparison.

Lol! Somalia Stability Fund is funding the construction of the two roads. Kebarco and Alhayaat business group’s construction companies received the contracts to build them.

It's tack coat like the above poster said. You need it to bond the asphalt.

Smh people laughing at other Somalis trying to build their towns, while their own region doesn’t have paved roads either. Kinda hypocritical, go to Israac or Garsoor 95% no roads, dhagaxaanta will kill your feet.
