Everytime I go to Somalia to visit family, some of the family and friends, and even Uncles tell me "Athiga Lacag aad Haystaa". I'm like wow do they think money grows in the trees if the Diaspora countries? Most of us barely have $5k saved and we deal with ever increasing expenses.
My own uncle gave me impression he nearly wanted to kidnap me and put a burning bag near my head and tell me to call back U.S. And tell people to send money. That happened to my cousin's where her mom had to send her $3k to free her lol. People think money is just something you have and they don't even view it as you working for it
Very sad there's no jobs or much opportunity for a lot of people in Somalia.
Someone should send call center jobs there or other jobs. Or something
