Most men lose their light blonde hair once they hit puberty in Uk/Ireland, it seems it was due to the lack of melanin mixed in with dietary vitamin D. Abroginals also have blonde hair but it evolved differently, mostly the same reason lions have lighter coloured maines to keep the heat away.Even southern and central Europeans don’t have blonde like that because of the higher Anatolian farmer ancestry. Only the pre historic hunter gatherers of Scandinavia, Baltic Sea and western Russia who were collectively known as the EHG or eastern hunter gatherer had this gene.
