The shady thing seems to be that the jailed clerics are previous critics of Al-Saud, in fact Oudah called for mediation between Qatar and KSA hence his exposure in western media. The others arrested include Awad al Qarni, he’s widely popular outside the kingdom.

Seems like he's trying force his views on people. Not much changed there then. What happened to "moderate" Islam?

The worst thing that could happen to arabs is that they go back to living like savages in tents humiliated and despised, while the rest of the world and the abeeds go on to progress further than them. This will happen soon once their oil runs out and chaos ensues.
