A conversation between me and a non muslim women.
so today at work one of my female co workers was trying to set me up with another co worker. I told her i wasn't interested at all since i get distracted easily and that i wanted to focus on women after i finished school. So i told her about how i wanted to get married later on and etc. I ended up asking her about her marriage and she told me she got divorced. I asked her how long she was married and she said 12 years. I said damn 12 years why did it end. She said i had no connection with him and i was also cheating on him for 10 years.
BRO TEN FUCKING YEARS WTF. HELL NAW MAN 10 FUCKING YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. BRO THE WORST PART IS THAT HER HUSBAND DIDN'T KNOW THE ENTIRE TIME, AND IS STILL TRYING TO GET BACK WITH HER. LIKE WTF.
She is currently in a relationship right now with another man who she has been with for five years. She said she has been faithful, I am hoping she remains faithful. I don't know if the guy she is with knows about her past but that honestly isn't my business.
Dude that hurt my soul man. that entire time she was speaking about her past i was re evaluating my entire decision of participating in arranged marriage in the future. I would never ever consider marrying a women if i found out she had a past of cheating.

i don't have a crazy past. most i ever did was steal a beer from work, drank it, didn't understand the hype and through it away. went clubbing twice( a nigga like to dance) haven't been since. still a virgin( most girls that are attracted to me i wasn't attracted to them at all) easily was able to curve. everytime i thought of entering a relationship the thought of how haram it is comes into my mind, and i just abort it immediately.
my question: is it okay to ask other people about the past of your potential. of course people who you fully trust. not some random ass nigga who might know the person.
