I was wondering what he meant by that, it sounded as if "All Muslims can kill French people". Must be due to his language barrier.

He meant if you can blame and take revenge on all muslims for something done by one person, muslims can take revenge for France did for hundreds of years.

Dr. Mahathir speaks excellent English, he's a British trained MD, but very good in trolling and provocative towards westerners
