Knee injury

For some reason my knee is really unstable and weak. I have trouble straightening it without pain on the inside side of my knee. I can bend it fully without any pain. I had a doctor do a ligament test and he says all my ligaments are fine. What could be the issue?
 
Never seek medical advice on the net. Get a 2nd opinion from another doctor, if he says the same it’s most likely you have weak surrounding muscles. Hit the deadlift and get them legs strong saxib. Knee needs proper support from the muscles in order to perform at max ability. Luugo bassto is a thing for a reason.

Thanks bro after a long rest I realized my muscles are indeed weak. I was just tryna see if anybody has went through this only reason I was asking.

Be careful you don’t injure your other leg by overcompensating. Very real phenomenon where the likelihood of injury to the other knee increases exponentially after the injury of the opposite knee

There is knee strength exercises just use YouTube it might help saaxib 🙏

Relax broski I’m just trying to see if anybody recovered from this or went through this. Never seen a nigga get aggressive over someone asking for help about an injury. I have another appointment that I already set up 6 weeks ago.

Literally felt that over this 6 weeks that I’ve been resting. My non-injured knee has felt a bit more pain nowadays but that should subside once my injured knee is fully recovered.
