I see lots of short 1 story buildings all around that tower they would do what Somalis are doing in Nairobi by building and dividing a new high rise between owner of the land and the investors.

Xawadle are noble people,I use their Xawaalad Amana several times instead of Hormuud, also I realized their accent is similar to reer Garissa lol especially the ones from moqokori

I didn’t know they owned the famous Java coffee shop chain in Kenya just saw @The Midlands postrd the one in xamar in inside their tower.
They are different owners with the same name. The guy in Nairobi had a dream of opening a branch in Xamar for a long time before he passed away so Hawadle businessman took his idea and opened in Xamar his name is Abdi Elmi Abdi Dheere from Cali madaxweyne. The tall guy in this video mid ka xariga ka jaraya waa rugta ganacsiga Xamar

Km4 little Hiiraan expanded into Xalane. Java Owner Abdi Dheere, Minister abdi risaq and MP Ciid opening the second branch in Xalane

Mogadishu (HOL) — The Halane Base Camp near Mogadishu's international airport welcomed a new addition to its gastronomic landscape on Saturday, the Java Coffee Garden.

Set inside the secure area known as the Green Zone, this new restaurant and café is a sister establishment to the popular Java Coffee Garden in the Taleex neighbourhood.

The grand opening took place between 12 PM and 3 PM and featured Federal Petroleum Minister Abdirizak Omar cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the restaurant. Several government MPs and foreign dignitaries were also in attendance, highlighting the significance of this event.

Located on Deeqa Road, behind RA International at Alpha Camp, the new Java Coffee Garden aims to be a space of leisure and hospitality for both local and international residents of the airport area. The diverse clientele will have the opportunity to indulge in the restaurant's vibrant menu, enjoying high-quality coffee and a variety of culinary delights.

During an interview with Jennifer, the restaurant manager, she expressed enthusiasm about the potential impact of Java Coffee Garden on Mogadishu's growing food and hospitality sector.

Somalia's Federal Petroleum Minister Abdirizak Omar. SUPPLIED

"Our primary goal as the Java Coffee Garden is to create a welcoming and convenient space," Jennifer said. "We anticipate that the Java Coffee Garden will contribute significantly to Mogadishu's growing food and hospitality sector in many ways."

According to Jennifer, the restaurant aims to serve as a welcoming gateway to various flavours for travellers passing through the airport and residents of the Green Zone. The menu showcases the region's rich culinary heritage, with dishes made from locally sourced ingredients to support the local economy and promote sustainability. Furthermore, the restaurant's presence is expected to create job opportunities for the local communities.

Java Coffee Garden's enticing menu covers an array of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, boasting dishes such as the Java Signature Pancake for breakfast, Traditional Fish Curry for lunch, and Grilled Lamb Chops for dinner. Their pastry offerings include beef and chicken samosas, while pizza lovers can enjoy a range of options from Margarita to BBQ Chicken. For those wanting a healthier option, Java Coffee Garden provides an assortment of salads and soups. To quench their thirst, guests can choose from hot and cold drinks, including frappes, smoothies, mojitos, and the ever-popular cappuccino.

Java Coffee Garden represents a symbol of progress and potential within Mogadishu, contributing to the city's food and hospitality sector and serving as a testament to the city's resilience

Before 1991 Xawaadle business was based in North Mogadishu like Hotel guuleed and Hotel Lafweyn. Guuleeds moved to east Africa they lost $10 million worth nice hotel called paradise after a fire broke out

Hotel lafweyn was closed for lack of customers. This place is now is Ciyaal weero stronghold so glad beesha business moved in the heart of Mogadishu business and Halane their Faal has worked before ciyaal weero appeared 🤣🤣
