Why is Kismayo the safest city in the South? Because of justice. No matter who you are, in Kismayo murder is not tolerated. Nor is rape. The odayaal don’t get involved in those two cases.
From time to time, you hear certain odayaal have been imprisoned but no one ever says why. If an oday refuses to pay the bloodmoney or damages, he will get imprisoned and won’t be released until his clan pay what is due

Kismaayo is actually pretty big Mashallah. Has it been growing fast recently , never thought it was that big.

You guys are delusional. Under Kacaan + SYL Kismayo had one road and nothing else. Under Jubaland, so for 8 roads and more coming next year (31km in total), drainage/sewage system, and a piped water system. Kismayo under Kacaan = four neighbourhoods, Kismaayo under Jubaland = six neighbourhoods and about to become nine soon.Kismayo has retracted to the stone age under Madoobe. Under MSB AUN Kismayo was the third largest city in Somalia. Now its struggling to compete for 5th place. May the Holy City be freed from the occupying Azaniosts.
Jubaland has done more for Kismayo than SYL and Kacaan combined.
@Garaad Hirabu the Kismayo issue has been settled. Not only do we control is militarily we have also changed the demographics by flooding it with our people. Only Divine intervention can remove us now

I remember a while back seeing a master plan for upgrading the zoning of Kismayo. Not sure where it currently stands, but it looks very well designed.
Kismaayo has definitely developed. I was there last year, it's too hot.

Madoobe once gave Kismaayo airport terminal a paint job and held a ceremony where he cut a red ribbon, this is the level of development we are talking about people just so you know.
To be honest it isn't just Madoobe, Hiraale was in Kismaayo 10 years as well and he didn't do much either.
