Kismaayo has faced 10 years of sabotage from successive govts and AS.

Xassan sheikh used Barre Hiraale,Iftiin Baasto,baley and many more to incite violence and instabilty in Kismaayo.Also Amisom Djibouti and Uganda was used.
When Farmajo comes wasnt he the one that put a an air blockade on Kismaayo? Where do you think the finace would come from.Did you just forget about how Farmajo has been sending miltary and creating problem to JL administration?
Then you have AS whose main focus in entire Somalia is Juboyinka because.Madoobe kicked them out of Kismaayo.
Should I mention even your tuna boys were brpught from Lasqorey to fight and dismantle JL?

N&N was refusing to release world bank funds meant to develop JL for 4 years because of its political stance. States like Somaliland receive IC aid without having to go through Mogadishu. This is why Federalism is much needed.
