Is their actually any evidence the Geledi fought with the Omanis. By the time Suldaan Abdi Ibrahim crossed west of the river juba their was nothing but Gaalo Madow there. Ive seen evidence they paid tribute but I wonder where they fought and when.

Idk I just read wikipedia on it, I assumed it would be somewhat true. It didn't seem hyped up or painted as a "karbash" so perhaps it was a skirmish that resulted in someone important being captured. So for his release a small tribute would be paid?
