PL/JL have agreed they will never accept an un-even Somalia where a boy in baargaal or bu'ale who comes from the rural side and decides to settle his family down in the city by selling his livestock which then converts into hard currency to purchase land and house package to only find the centralized mogadishu government hands over his tax money or aid money to provide Mogadishu essential services to thrive such as roads, hospitals, universities, airports, ports, schools, courts, jails, etc. You are giving this one city a bloody un-fair advantage to the boy in baargaal or buale who can succeed just as well if those Somali funds are invested into his district. It's just downright crazy to ask people to return to such a system. Mogadishu isn't special, if the government left Mogadishu today, it would crumble just like galmudug/hirshabelle is crumbling. They wud lack essential services a city needs such as water, electricity, roads, hospitals, airports, ports, etc. Imagine your city that u live in the west, just imagine you were a rural boy who moved into your city and found there was no 'water, electricity, hospital, school, roads, food' no essential services, now imagine u build a house in anticipation the government will come and begin providing essential services and that government NEVER CAME. Your town wud be basically fallin behind forever due to unfair government who chose a city over another city for what reason CLAN REASON nothing else. This will lead to a civil war again with tribalism RISING

The locals in Somalia(nomadic ones) can settle into a city quite well, they will just sell their livestock and settle down. The question is, will there be a government to ensure settling down makes economical sense? will that government ensure that city has running water that is clean to each home, electricity, roads so people can move freely and trade, ports and airports to conduct trade and movement of people within Somalia and outside Somalia, will that place have a place I can send my kid to hospital if he gets sick, a place where he can go to school and begin primary and secondary level education, is there police station I can report a crime? is there a court system where disputes are handled civil or criminal? is there prison to keep the nasty evil ppl away till rehabilitated?.

All these essential items a city needs cannot happen without a government even though garacad is trying to prove them wrong with a port development. The people can only at best 'buy' their own home in Somalia by selling livestock either locally or abroad. You should never expect locals to build roads, electricity, schools, hospitals, ports, airports, universities, police station, courts, jails, etc. We need to define what we expect from our government and what we expect from the citizen. It needs to be clearly defined the roles in Somalia si aan laysku qaldamin. Once we have the essentials laid down in all Somalia and every home has safe drinking water, accessible electricity, accessible hospital services, accessible schooling from primary/secondary/university. Once these milestones are achieved. We can move to a second phase. Lay down roads, ports, airports to facilitate access but connectivity of people and goods. Once this is done. Move to the next phase 'job creation' public/private partnership. Some jobs the private industry will create, some jobs public will create, some jobs foreigners. See we need a clear phaseing of Somalia and step by step gradual movements. But we must move past this political stalemate and declare CENTRALISM AS DEAD

The funny thing bro MJ N OGS might do FKD. @Teeri-Alpha the problem with Hawiye I noticed and yeah their my abtis so I listen to them.
