I am sorry puntlanders but untill something is done about the 'land' full of rocks and bushes on the side of the roads, our state has a long way to go. I will work out what is a cheap and effective solution. But start with bringing in the bulldozers and dump trucks. We must level the land, extract the rocks or bushes and create a 'zone for dump sites' outside the city.

We need the city and it's out-skirts to look like a city that is planned for city living.
