It’s 2022. Both SL and PL have state weaponry with trained soldiers while SSC is just ragtag militia. Dhulbahante clan has no relevant businessmen inside SL itself they don’t have a coastline. Darwish state was bigger than current SSC map you have there, and since PL does not have any shame in obstructing your goal for self determination as Galaydh said and claim your territory just like SL, you should claim Darwiish held territory and clans as far as Eyl and Berbera akhi.
