I love eating fruits but with this low carb diet I’m only allowed to eat fruits/vegetables that have minimal sugarKetogenic diet is bad it stops you from getting sufficient vitamins and minerals from vegetables and fruits. Getting rid of refined carbs from your diet its a good start. I follow Dr Rhonda Patrick’s diet and supplements she’s really informative.

I get what you mean. Somali diet is 90% carbs it’s really hard to switch from a diet that consists mainly of carbs to one with minimal carbs.Walaahi it’s difficult because tbh my nutrition mainly consists of carbs. But the key to losing weight is reduce carb intake and exercise 1 hour a day lift weights do something be physically active for at least 3 to 4 times a week. also walk 10k steps a day. When I do that I notice weight loss
Pastries are life.you can eat fruit but stay from anything made of wheat. Bread, pasta, rice, cereal, pastries and etc
