Can these Somalis get the militarized bridge in Garrissa removed so somalis can travel back and forth without paying some idiot in uniform? They harrass Somalis there who want to cross the bridge on their way to Nairobi and to other parts of Kenya. Whether Somalis are native to NFD or are from Somalia, to them, a Somali is a Somali no matter what ID they have.

Btw, I have a Kikuyu friend at work who built apartments for rent outside Nairobi. He promised to get me an ID if I am willing to partner with him on a business project he has in Mind. A decent guy. But I am not sure if it is worth the hassle.
