Only the Swahilis.
Western Kenya, mainland Tanzanian and Ugandans food is similar to central, southern and costal west Africa.

They didn’t had access to south Asian spices so their food is borderline unedible.

Are the swahillis the arab mixed ones by the coast? It seems weird to me that they named the arab-african mixed ones after their language that predates arab arrival. It may have a lot of arabic influence but the language predates them.
