Of course he doesn’t have a link for it. Abdishakur signed the deal and here is a picture of him in his moment. Sharif and Omar were not even present.

Wrya stop being moronic Abdishakur was 100% responsible for that shady deal. He was a whole minister and well educated to understand this was a corrupt deal but since he was directly benefiting from it chose to sign it in order to get monetary benefits from that particular corruption saga. If he was acting in good faith to the Somali people he was serving, he would have immediately resigned from his post and raised alarm over the whole issue instead he chose to be corrupt cementing himself as one of the most hated men in the history of Somalia and it will remain like that forever till the end of time

The Somali parliament in 2009 majorly made up of LITERALLY GELJIRES had the senses to understand and reject that MoU while here on the other hand you have a whole minister that claims to be a PROFESSOR arguing he had to sign the MoU as an "EMPLOYEE" because he was instructed to, the absolute rubbish. Listen to yourself before you air out your thoughts mate. Abdishakur, Sharmake , Shariif and even the clerk who typed the letter were all on it!
