Somali businesses should hire experienced Africans to train Somali staff, this way local Somalis have the experience and most of the money goes back into the local economy, instead of being sent to foreign banks abroad.

Somalia needs all the foreign investments it needs no matter who they are but you're right. 50% of management and 100% of rank and file should be filled by Somalia citizens.

I remember Al-Jazeera doing a mini documentary on Mogadishu being a "divided" city, which is as far from the truth as I have ever seen it.
