Somaliland doesn't have money to built road its mostly donation from USAID or EU AID.

Heck even a whole building of Amoud was funded by EU AID.

And building schools is cheap in somalia.

And most of the best schools with good education in Laascaanood are owned by dhulbahante people.

All my cousins and relatives graduated from dhulbahante owned schools.

The company funding the school is a company owned by dhulbahante businessman. I've seen the video the guy said he was the only guy in somaliland to be an architect (which I respect)

But the construction company is a dhulbahante company

Yeah right.

If so, then develop your regions.:umad:

Who is building them the qurjile beggars

I don't know who told you the roads are built by Somaliland.

The main road was built by Siad Barre

And most of the roads in the city are build by diasporas and Donations.

Somaliland can't even built their road. most road projects are funded from EU and US AID organization.

Even hospitals are funded by donors
