Why are the tumaal discriminated against? Are there other groups in PL who face similar issues?

Minorities like Madhibaan and Tumaal and a few other 0.5 groups are discriminated everywhere, but they face the least discrimination in Puntland. They are discriminated because of their occupations (builders, circumcision, and one myth that Madhibaan ancestor ate an already dead animal during a famine).

They have representation in my city, they have a xildhibaan.Ngl theres a lot more we should be doing for these people but we're moving in the right direction.We can safely say that they are treated better in PL then in SL.
