He is justified if you ask me. It's obvious that Kagame is both rigging elections and overwhelmingly popular in Rwanda. You can not allow the opposition to sow their seeds of corruption in a country as socially fragile as Rwanda.

It's all dandy preaching liberty and democracy, even with sincere intent. But we can see where pushing for that in the infancy state of a nation gets us by observing the other 40-something sub-saharan nations of Africa.

Isn't Paul kagame a huttu?

No. He is not only Tutsi, but the leader of the Tutsi military campaign to retake Rwanda in '94.

Know you’re place peasant
Huttus, who are majority massacred Tutsis blaming them for the death of the President who was a Huttu while the world watched. Paul Kagame and his rebel forces took over the country ending the killings.
You realize the reason the world watched was fear of another black hawk dawn

especielly after the mighty americans got dragged in the street of xamar one year before on tutsi genocide :mjlol:

and russia made even worse by showing/sending it live to embarrass US reputation to whole world

so no one was risking another black hawk dawn:lolbron:

Africans need dictators to govern themselves. Rwanda is a great example. If elections were to be held the country would certainly brake out into war

Rwanda is the safest African country and amongst the safest in the world. Length of reign didn't accomplish this but progressive policies which improved the lives of citizens in the country. For instance Singapore is under a "benevolent" dictatorship and the citizens are amongst the wealthiest per capita. When a nations needs are met and the citizens are overall happy with their government then holding elections is not a priority. Why do you think civilians aren't mass protesting for change?

Good question.
During the process of implementing a strict dictatorial government many people were out in the streets protesting. Hundreds killed and thousands imprisoned. After a while people usually calm down and they begin benefiting from governmental prosperity.

The process itself is cruel. Many of the
The opposition leaders are improvised and sometimes even executed. African politicians are corrupt and 4 years is never enough when you're suffering from poverty.
Rwanda is a peaceful country because most of their opposition leaders have been compromised. It didn't magically happen by singing Tutsi tribal songs under some random camp fire.
