they are headed by 3 qabils. Kulmiye ( habar Awal, wadani ( habaryonis) and ucid (cidagale). Besides they are personal briefcases of faysal Ali Dhurwaa, Ciro and muse Shani.

Nigga stop being so selective we had presidential election few years ago and local election is only parliament one which has been delayed. Don’t compare us to you mate we are way ahead of you as we don’t do any silly selection tribal based election, while our people have a choose how to vote.
