Just survived a bad car accident

I was on a Uber and a trailer tractor hit us from the back. I smashed my head and got a concussion but I am alright It was the driver fault fot speeding I am now suing Uber and hoping for atleast $50,000 due to my back pain

I am applying for physiotherapy so they have to pay for the next while plus I need compensation for missed work. I dont need to settle until they beg me too, they will have to pay for my massage too.
