HSM in his speech says the following

• Constitution to be finished in months after taking 10 years

• Al-Shabaab to be defeated

• Debt relief soon and the ability for Somalia to rely on it’s own budget

• ATMIS phase 1 pull out complete, next phase is in September when another 3,000 leave and the final ATMIS soldier to leave in Dec 2024

Other things the government doing he mentioned included 10,000 teachers but he specified those things are what will make Somalia a proper country

While our former President was known for telling us we suddenly became Denmark and Somalia was paradise on earth despite Shabaab taking over the country and a terrible drought being ignored, the current President tells us how bad a situation we’re in and how we’ll get out of it, with a plan and timeframe
