Jubaland is a Rahanweyn land, and they're welcome to settle there. Stay out of Koonfur affairs, Puntlander.
Let them use other border routes like Baladhawo, dolow, etc to enter Jubbaland, no one will stop them.

They are not Kenyans but displaced Somali citizens in Kenya, tht are tired of being Refugees and trying to go back to their homes.
