Jubaland's president needs to construct a central testing lab for the entire province in Kismayo

The president needs to show his support for the entire population of Jubaland. Development comes in many ways and the health sector of Jubaland should not be ignored. Thirty million is just a slight dent in the presidents pocket and would benefit many people in the province. His Excellency needs to know that an investment in health care will reap many benefit in the near future. A healthy population can immensely contribute to the development of Jubaland.
