The stakeholders of the JL state are OG/Sade/Harti, you can argue as much as you want who is more landheere but that is YOUR NARRATIVE only and not evidence ay dad wa-wayn ku hadlan. I love JL, JL has such great potential but not so great people to unlock it's potential and powerful role in Somalia.

This current stalemate situation you can brag all you want whatever side your on is LOSS-LOSS, plus it's always ripe for exploitation from local to regional actors. It doesn't matter who wins in JL between Absame and Sade, if you two don't come to a consensus, you both will be in the same loss-loss situation when the other side starts it's anti JL activities.

So can Absame/Sade at least agree the status-quo will only lead to loss-loss and it doesn't matter who has the upper hand and wins because it just flips the loss-loss scenario to the other clan?

JL must come together and agree on a power-sharing model and a process to reach that conclusion which both accept as sound and fair.

1. President will be allocated to one clan. The capital to Another. Splitting these two functions allows both clans to have strong say. The development goes to the capital while keeping the President in a clan check-mate(marti weeye) and we know what that means since 91 in Hamar. The President will execute his tasks of the day. The capital must be reminded of it's important role and not to be 'unuka ppl' or else it will be taken away and respect the president decisions. If he is elected and went through the process, even if you don't like him, it's irrelevant because you were not elected plus you accepted election process.

2. If both clans cannot reach a consensus, they can seek a Neutral Harti advice and review. If either are not still satisfied we go into final round

3. JL Isimo will convene the parliament to host Absame/Sade Presidential Clan race, who-ever wins will be assigned the Presidential Clan. The default result will ensure VP/Capital is allocated to the loser.

4. This rotation model on President can be discussed but it's inherent risks. Close elections can lead to bloodshed or exploitation. We see HS also try it. But I knew it way before. The only rotation model that can work is One term only Marehan candidate, One Term Absame. Lakin waanu wada tar-tarmayna mar walbo, it's very risky.

Somalis and the world have come to one consensus which is very unusual for humanity to agree. But's well accepted any govt no matter how vicious, authoritarian, or bad it is, will always be better then chaos-vacuum-no govt scenario. So u can hate ethio which is ur right but don't stretch it to the point where it leads to somalia outcome. Somalia is the longest running failed state in modern history post world war 2, this is a 'grand feat' unseen in humanity.

All the evilness mankind can concieve thru direct or indirect strategies have been executed here and so many different types of 'strategies' play out and switch dimensions due to the 'clan balance' thru u.n embargo, this forces clans to think 'strategic' unlike global powers who only think 'strategic' when the 'balance' exists with another global power not when the balance is in their favor on smaller nations. So study global powers vs global powers, small countries vs small, or even INSIDE countries which is another 'dimension' that is playin out

@SPMLegend The only reason I am against the Islamist whichever 'form' they present themselves to the people(economic, charity, political, terrorist, or militarily) what-ever posture or multi-posture they take, the only reason is I've seen what happens to idealogies that are built around 'destruction' of a percieved shared enemy.

A Shared enemy unity has been tried on smaller scale like SL to Somalia, Somalia to Ethio, or South Sudan to North Sudan. The problem is the 'theoritical' flaw not only the practical example. I am big on THEORY sxb and even bigger when I see practically.

The problem with lets unite on a shared enemy is once that enemy isn't in the equation, what holds your unity? things will naturally revert to internal which is what we witness across this shared enemy unity approach whether it's over a political-ethnic-religious-economic dimension, the theory produces negative long-term results. U can see this practically play out with post world war 2 nations who became independent from colonies, the shared common enemy(colonizer) wasn't in the equation of their shared unity anymore, which led things go back down to local dynamics for many nations.

The best unity is around YOURSELVES to foster strong internal unity, whether at a local-regional-global scale, once that 'element' isn't there, u will be forced to created a 'shared enemy' and we know where that leads.

This is very common in Somali families who name their sons after grandfathers and uncles. We all know who the blessed Mohamed was tho. Abu Marexaan.
