Ahmed madoobe's administration is really a failure, He hasn't manage to unite Ogaden let alone the Marehan in Gedo. Lot of AS presence in lower jubba. Middle jubba is fully controlled by AS and Madoobe feels like if Buaale is captured then Aulihan will take over the maamul hence why they are marginalized. Kismayo still needs a lot of improvements but with the right administration Jubbaland has a lot of potential if not the most.
