so gal waryaa @Thegoodshepherd , all your habaar/curse you wished on Hawiyes and its Shabelle rivers to dry up by the Ethiopia's dam, has only affected the very rivers that feeds you in Jubaland.

Ethiopia is always going to have the upper hand when it comes to our two rivers, unless we miraculously get ahold of the source.

We need to make use of our vast coastlines, desalination plants and other facilities allover the country to mitigate this.

It is jubba that never dries up.
