Lol he ain’t the richest, Djibouti has no resources he’s one of the brokest dictators in Africa

I find it hard to believe that he's being paid peanuts for hosting all these foreign bases. Djibouti may be dirt poor, but the IOG dynasty is surely worth a fortune. He must have demanded a hefty price for turning down the Russians and going with the better deal from the US. It's almost comical how Djibouti is still considered a sovereign state . Legalized sovereignty prostitution will only make him richer while Djibouti's economy keeps plummeting.

Ethiopia pays $1.5 billion in fees for Djibouti's port annually, which is half of their GDP. Would not call it a bad deal especially when most of the money will go to the IOG dynasty
