Going the route of the courts to prevent trump from winning is another idiot move from the democratic establishment, they know if the supreme court rules trump ineligible in even a single state, his supporters will take it as election theft and whether they have a case or not theyre gonna get to steppin like jan 6.
My bet is theyre counting on a big reaction from trump supporters, ushering in a security state, maybe even postponing the election. I wouldnt bet a lot on it
Not to mention the question of timing, if the dems wait until now to jail him, there are gonna be legitimate claims that its a political move to prevent an unpopular candidate (biden) from losing, why now in the middle of the repub primary, why now during election yr, etc. etc. in the eyes of the public it wouldnt be as open and shut as "oh its justice being served nothing to see here", at least id hope
